Webshoproducers.com offers a convenient variety of services and billing options to satisfy the different and particular needs of its clients.
Here is a brief list of the package options offered as selected during initial sign-up (hereinafter “the Services”).

Top-level domain registration, if offered, is available only on an annual or multi-year basis, and the term of service begins on the day the registration is purchased and ends on the applicable anniversary date of the registration after the registration period has elapsed. PLEASE NOTE: Top-level domain registration cannot be cancelled and cannot be refunded in whole or in part.
During the Review Period you will have the opportunity to review the website prepared by our staff for your company as part of your Package, use the modification and addition tools made available to you (which tools and ability to modify your site content and properties will remain accessible to you after the website is activated), and, at your discretion, choose a domain name for your website activation, the GoLive Option. At any time during the Review Period, you will have the opportunity to use the GoLive Activation option and activate your website for full publishing on the Internet. Choosing a domain name shall be deemed to be equivalent to using the GoLive Option and the publication (“going live”) of your site will be completed as soon as the domain name is issued. Finally, you may also choose to let our staff activate your website automatically at the end of the Review Period, in which case, our staff will secure a domain name based on your business name, or the one of the most closely, acting reasonably, related to your business name, and proceed with full activation of your website as per the GoLive Option.
Payment(s) for the Services can normally be made via credit card. Additional forms of payment, such as cashier’s check, certified check or money order, can only be used when offered as an option during the sign-up process and are restricted to the One-Time Annual Fee Option.
For the One-time Annual Fee Option, you will be billed one business day after activation using either the GoLive Option or automatic activation by our staff at the end of the Review Period, which ever happens first.
For the Monthly Fee Option, you will be billed your initial monthly payment one business day after activation using either the GoLive Option or automatic activation by our staff at the end of the Review Period, which ever happens first. Subsequent monthly payments will be billed on the anniversary day of the “initial monthly payment” each subsequent month until the end of Term.
For the purposes of this agreement, the date and time of any transaction will be the date and time in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone, including adjustments for Daylight Savings Time.
Credit card payments that cannot be processed on the applicable billing date may cause your account to be suspended. Once your account is suspended, you will need to contact Customer Support to reactivate it. Fees may apply. We reserve ourselves the right to attempt to process your credit card payment again if initially rejected.
If payment by cashier's check, certified check or money order is offered as an option during the sign-up process as part of the One-Time Annual Fee Option, payment shall be due ten (10) business days after billing. If payment is not received by the applicable due date, your account may be suspended. Once your account is suspended, you will need to contact Customer Support to reactivate it. Webshoproducers.com does not accept personal checks. If a personal check is received for payment it will be returned. Subject to applicable law, if a check is returned, you will be charged an additional $35 return fee.
On the last day of the Term, the Services will automatically be renewed for another term of equal duration at the then current posted rates. You may modify or cancel your Package at the end of the Term. To do so, contact our Account Support Department no later than 30 calendar days prior to the end of the Term or any renewal thereof.
Account termination due to any violation of the Acceptable Use Policy will result in automatic acceleration of any amount payable under the present agreement for the remaining of the Term and/or forfeiture of all funds already received.
Use of bandwidth in excess of limits stated in Package description may be charged at a rate of $3.95 per Gigabyte (GB) or any part thereof. Excess bandwidth charges will be billed on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month.
We reserve the right to change this Billing Policy at any time. Any such change shall however be suspended until the end of the current Term and apply only to renewal thereof. If you feel the changes are unacceptable, you may cancel your Package as described in the Renewal Section of this Billing Policy.
All charges and/or amounts are billed in U.S. dollars. Taxes will apply where applicable by law. We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to foreign currency exchange. Unpaid amounts shall bear interest at the prime rate set by the financial institution of Webshoproducers.com plus 3%.
